We serve renowned clients in the medium-sized business sector, large customers in the industrial and commercial sectors, as well as clients in the public sector.

Our diverse range of tasks includes feasibility studies, complete planning, tendering, and on-site supervision. We are also involved in future-oriented and sustainable topics such as CO2 neutrality and renewable energy in our projects.

We are looking for you to join our team in Riemerling near Munich.

The Position


As a project assistant, you will support our teams in daily business operations, invoicing of construction services provided by contractors, and the preparation of performance specifications and general project documents.

Your Responsibilities

  • Secretarial work using office programs
  • Creation of Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations
  • Clarification of invoicing modalities with the client and contractors
  • Review of contract conditions for invoicing
  • Preparation of performance specifications, invoicing, and invoice verification using iTWO
Your Profile

  • Completed qualified vocational training in the commercial field
  • Very good understanding of numbers and enjoyment of working with numbers
  • Independent and responsible work ethic
  • Experience with invoicing software would be an advantage
