Call Center Agent (m/f/d) in the
Inbound department for the
Kassenärztliche Vereinigung project.

- Documenting each call and email in designated programs
- Following up with customers if their issue could not be resolved in the initial contact
- Providing competent advice to make each customer interaction a unique experience

career changer or have previous experience in customer service - You are fluent in written and spoken German and have excellent communication skills
- Using a computer and the internet is not a problem for you
- You enjoy talking on the phone and can convey your
smile through your voice - You can handle
stressful situations and find the right solution for our customers - Working on weekends, holidays, and in
shifts is not a problem for you
We offer you:
