Call Center Agent (m/f/d) in the
Inbound department for the
Kassenärztliche Vereinigung project.

Your tasks include:


  • Receiving calls from our customers and handling their inquiries
  • Responding to incoming emails
  • Documenting each call and email in designated programs
  • Following up with customers if their issue could not be resolved in the initial contact
  • Providing competent advice to make each customer interaction a unique experience

You have everything we need:


  • Your enthusiasm for new projects
  • You are a
    career changer or have previous experience in customer service
  • You are fluent in written and spoken German and have excellent communication skills
  • Using a computer and the internet is not a problem for you
  • You enjoy talking on the phone and can convey your
    smile through your voice
  • You can handle
    stressful situations and find the right solution for our customers
  • Working on weekends, holidays, and in
    shifts is not a problem for you

We offer you:

Base salary + bonus + additional pay for working on Sundays, holidays, and at night
