Join our team in Dow City, IA as a full-time and permanent employee in our spare parts service for agricultural machinery, both in the office and in the field

Your responsibilities will include:

Sales of spare parts and accessories at the counter and occasionally in the field
Ensuring customer satisfaction through comprehensive consultation
Planning daily and weekly orders with our suppliers
Receiving, inspecting, and shipping goods
Distributing spare parts to our workshop

What you bring to the table:

Completed vocational training as a farmer, agricultural or construction machinery mechanic, or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel, and ideally experience with Microsoft Dynamics or other inventory management systems
Interest in agriculture and technology
Quick comprehension and technical understanding
Strong communication skills
Organizational talent
Valid driver's license (Class B), ideally also Class BE and T
