- Develop and implement a robust supply chain strategy aligned with business objectives
- Establish an optimal supply chain approach to ensure effective performance management
- Collaborate with the procurement team to select an IPL partner for managing outbound logistics
- Lead decisions that result in the best total cost of acquisition for the business
- Create and execute end-to-end material planning and logistics processes in coordination with our manufacturing partner
- Ensure timely availability of validated processes, systems, and data sets for program gateways and manufacturing operations
- Hold a degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field, or possess equivalent experience
- Demonstrated experience in establishing or overseeing supply chain operations, particularly in China
- Proven track record in defining efficient strategies for high-volume automotive production
- Willingness to travel frequently for business purposes
- Display a proactive attitude and a history of achieving outstanding results in logistics operations
- Effective multitasker who thrives in fast-paced environments and can meet tight deadlines
