We are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to assist the commercial team throughout all stages of the sales cycle, managing sales forecasting, planning, and order processes. Your role will involve ensuring high levels of quality and accuracy across the commercial organization. As the primary administrator of the Company's CRM, you will also serve as the internal connection with Operations to support production planning and customer order status communication. • Create and oversee top-notch processing of customer orders and communications.
• Proactively tackle challenges in customer orders or deliveries in collaboration with the operations team.
• Handle communications and product information with Distributors.
• Analyze and present distributor sales and trends to the commercial team.
• Communicate with distributor Sales Reps regarding volume quote requests and customer-specific pricing.
• Collect, and analyze feedback from sales and product management to develop improved reports/dashboards for visualizing information in the company CRM.
• Create training materials for sales and other CIS internal staff on commercial processes.
• Support management in identifying process bottlenecks and inefficiencies, proposing solutions for enhancement.
• Collaborate with cross-CIS teams to devise solutions for the ongoing improvement of commercial processes.

• Bachelor's degree plus 4-6 years of experience in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field.
• Solid customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and process expertise.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Power Point, Word
• Experience with SalesForce or similar CRM is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical with exceptional problem-solving abilities.
• Highly motivated, team-oriented, and actively engaged in achieving team objectives.
• Ability to work autonomously and exhibit initiative towards process improvement.

The base compensation range for this position is $80,000-$90,000. Base Compensation may vary based on various factors such as tenure in the role, past experience, skills, knowledge, performance, work demands, internal fairness, and business/economic conditions.
