- Identify potential clients through networking, referrals, cold calling, and other lead generation methods
- Schedule and conduct sales presentations to prospective clients and their families
- Educate clients about our senior care services, pricing, and policies
- Position Always Best Care Senior Services as the top choice for senior care in the Cypress, TX area
- Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, such as hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and assisted living communities
- Attend networking events and community events to promote our services and increase brand awareness
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and distribute marketing materials
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and report on sales results to management
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in senior care
- Minimum of 2 years of senior or home health sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and referral sources
- Excellent presentation skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel within the local area as needed
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
