Description
Responsibilities:
- Provides counsel to the Hospice regarding needs of the community, program development including personnel needs and financial needs.
- Collaboratively develops and maintains policies specific to new programs.
- Demonstrates an indepth knowledge of, and ensures compliance with, all local, state, and federal laws relating to marketing of the Hospice.
- Assists in direction of programs through collaboration with, and delegation of responsibility to, administrative and supervisory personnel.
- Partners with the interdisciplinary Group/Team to support safe and effective patient/family care.
- Establishes a public relations program for interpretation of the Hospice's services and to foster good working relations with physicians and community agencies
- Carries out other duties as assigned by the governing body.
- Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities
- Assist in the development and implementation of business development strategies
- Manage key client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with team to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Must comply with monthly quotas set by management
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with facilities
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in outside sales or account management is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify potential business opportunities
- Excellent negotiation and sales skills
- Proficient in using Salesforce or other CRM systems to manage client interactions
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Must have hospice experience and meet quotas
Job Type:
Part-time
Pay:
$59, $66,291.00 per year
Expected hours: 30 per week
