Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provides counsel to the Hospice regarding needs of the community, program development including personnel needs and financial needs.
  • Collaboratively develops and maintains policies specific to new programs.
  • Demonstrates an indepth knowledge of, and ensures compliance with, all local, state, and federal laws relating to marketing of the Hospice.
  • Assists in direction of programs through collaboration with, and delegation of responsibility to, administrative and supervisory personnel.
  • Partners with the interdisciplinary Group/Team to support safe and effective patient/family care.
  • Establishes a public relations program for interpretation of the Hospice's services and to foster good working relations with physicians and community agencies
  • Carries out other duties as assigned by the governing body.
  • Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business opportunities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities
  • Assist in the development and implementation of business development strategies
  • Manage key client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with team to achieve sales targets and objectives
  • Must comply with monthly quotas set by management
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with facilities

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in outside sales or account management is preferred
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify potential business opportunities
  • Excellent negotiation and sales skills
  • Proficient in using Salesforce or other CRM systems to manage client interactions
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Must have hospice experience and meet quotas

Job Type:
Part-time


Pay:
$59, $66,291.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 per week
