    Description

    Job SummaryThe Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will lead the finance and accounting business functions with an emphasis on future growth and taking the company to the next stage.

    The CFO will be instrumental in partnering with the CEO and other executives to grow the company.


    Responsibilities:
    Build a strong financial foundation Build a strong financial analysisBuild scalable plan, and position company for growthAdvise the executive and management teams on financial planning, budgeting, cash flow, and other strategic financial mattersRepresent the organization externally, especially in banking and finance negotiationsLead the finance and accounting teams worldwidePlan, coordinate, and execute the annual and long-term budget processOther assigned responsibilities based on company needsDrive other projects as needed or as business needs changeQualifications & Requirements:BA/BS Degree in Finance or Accounting,MBA preferredMinimum 20 years in finance and/or accounting rolesMinimum 10 years as a CFO, preferably on a public companyCPA a plusStrong financial and accounting background, including an understanding of profit/loss, balance sheet, and cash flow management and general finance and budgetingExperience with corporate governanceSemiconductor or hardware manufacturing experience requiredPrior experience taking company through IPO, M&A or other type venturesWilling and able to travel up to 25% of the time, both domestically and internationally Desired Characteristics & Attributes:Excellent written and verbal communication skills requiredExcellent customer service skills requiredStrong leadership presence is required for this highly visible position that interacts with all levels of the organizationAbility to work well with others in a fast-paced collaborative team environment
