Job Title:


  • Trainee Program Construction Management

Your Future Tasks:


  • Getting to know the organization and processes and supporting construction management / senior construction management
  • Implementation of your own construction projects after an individual training period from planning to acceptance
  • Identifying and pursuing additional claims
  • Coordination and management of personnel and subcontractors
  • Support and collaboration in specialized departments such as cost estimation, procurement, and machinery technology

What You Bring:


  • Completed technical degree or constructionrelated training with corresponding further education
  • First practical experience in the construction industry
  • Commitment and willingness to learn, creativity, and flexibility
  • Independent and goaloriented work as well as team spirit
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office
