For our client, a Tier 1 Investment Banking Boutique, we are currently and exclusively looking for a Vice President Debt Advisory & Financial Restructuring (m/w/d) at our location in Frankfurt am Main.

Your responsibilities

  • Development and monitoring of complex business and financial models
  • Evaluation of different capital procurement structures
  • Analysis of balance sheets and company information and their appealing preparation
  • Company valuations
  • Leading contract negotiations and creating corresponding documents
  • Supervising associates, analysts, and interns

Your profile

  • Successfully completed university degree with above-average grades
  • At least six years of professional experience in investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, or private debt
  • Strong analytical skills, resilience, and commitment
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Fluent in German and English
