We are currently looking for a *Trainee Personal Customer Advisor (m/f/d) for Großenhain and Radeberg* to join our team as soon as possible.

*Your responsibilities

Training in qualified personal customer advice and support
Targeted and active scheduling of appointments from existing customers, as well as providing them with telephone and personal information and arranging appointments
Preparation and follow-up of consultation meetings
Administrative tasks related to customer care
Acquisition of new customers and members
Implementation of marketing/sales promotion activities
Conducting advisory-related tasks
Management of assigned customer relationships within defined limits
Ensuring quality management
Implementation and compliance with defined quality standards
Representing the bank in public
