What can you expect?
- You are responsible for telephone customer service for property management, homeowners, and tenants
- You explain billing and handle corrections and assistance
- You are responsible for installation and readings, order acceptance, appointment inquiries, and complaints
- You handle explanations and complaints in accounting
- You are the direct contact for inquiries in the customer and user portal, as well as inquiries about the energy certificate
- You process emails in the back office
