Your Responsibilities:


We are looking for a dynamic and talented Sales Development Team Lead (m/f/d) to lead our growing sales team in Gilmer Park, IN.

In this role, you will create qualified sales opportunities for our sales team (appointments), support in recruiting, train new and existing team members, and handle operational and administrative tasks to help our sales talents achieve their goals.


  • You will lead our rapidly growing team of Sales Development Representatives (m/f/d)
  • You will develop our pipeline strategy in the preclosing process and refine our accountbased gotomarket strategy in close coordination with the management team
  • You will review and analyze lead generation opportunities for your team with strategic customers (SMEs) and actively support in the preclosing process
  • You have a handson mentality and also qualify appointments yourself to stay close to the market and customer activities
  • You will work closely with both the marketing and account executive departments to align processes and continuously improve them

Your Profile:

  • You have 23 years of relevant work experience in B2B sales, preferably in selling SaaS/software products to SMEs
  • You have proven experience in leading, coaching, and scaling sales teams, ideally in a startup environment
  • You have a strong expertise in performance analysis and are passionate about driving process improvements
  • You have practical knowledge of CRM systems (preferably Pipedrive) and sales engagement tools
  • You have fluent German and English language skills, both
