Description

Apex Systems is seeking an Operations Support Analyst for one of our large Tech clients. This role will be a 6-month contract to hire and will sit remote but you do have to be located in Atlanta if onsite is needed on occasion. If interested, please apply directly to the posting.

Job Title: Enterprise Operations Center Analyst II

Client: Can disclose over the phone

Location: Remote - must be in Atlanta (onsite might be needed on occasion)

Duration: 6-month contract to hire

Rate: $30-32/hr (contingent on experience)

Required Experience:

2+ years of experience providing infrastructure operations support.
Experience monitoring technologies and analyzing real-time statistics
Experience with a ticketing system/service desk system
Working experience in an Information Technology Infrastructure library-based environment

Summary of responsibilities: monitor the event console, react to alerts, create tickets, and execute tasks
