- Operational Analysis & Scorecard Management: Analyze operational data, particularly leading indicators, to derive actionable insights. Utilize and refine operational standards scorecards to assess and prioritize performance-driven recommendations for practices. Regularly communicate insights to the COO, identifying both challenges and opportunities for operational growth. Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, aligning initiatives with strategic goals and operational standards. Apply Lean/Six Sigma methodologies to identify areas of operational waste, inefficiency, or opportunity. Lead continuous improvement initiatives across practices, ensuring consistency and measurable outcomes.
- Coaching & Stakeholder Engagement: Engage regularly with practice managers, equipping them with necessary insights and tools for success. Serve as a liaison between frontline operations and executive leadership, facilitating streamlined communication and alignment across practices. Monitor practice commitments, progress, and the tangible impacts of strategic initiatives. Lead projects and initiatives alongside the COO in collaboration with doctors and practice managers.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Master's degree/MBA is a plus.
- 2+ years of experience in project management or operations, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Proficiency in data interpretation tools, including Tableau, Power BI, and Excel.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to foster collaboration across departments.
- Experience working with physicians and healthcare providers is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives and a strong understanding of operational excellence.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to decipher complex operational data and translate it into actionable insights and strategies.
- Eagerness to learn, delve into processes, and identify value-add opportunities.
- Team-first attitude with exceptional coaching and mentoring skills.
- Proficiency in scorecard management and performance monitoring.
