    Salary Range - $19- $23
    Monday-Friday
    7:
    30 am- 4 pm

    Job Details:


    The Landscaper will perform a wide range of physical labor tasks in support of General Laborers and Groundskeepers involved in the upkeep of clients' property and its surroundings.

    As part of our team, you are responsible for the upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, and parking lots.

    You should possess a well-rounded knowledge of landscaping and/or building maintenance and enjoy working in an environment where every job is a little bit different.

    Works with the office staff to achieve the highest level of customer service, and perform other general duties concerning the clients' property as directed.

    This is a year-round position with full-time work.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Perform property work including but not limited to cutting grass, weed trimming, weed removal, mulching,


    cleaning up around the property, snow removal and trash removal from common areas and units, and helping team members as needed.

    Operate zero-turn mowers, sit-down and stand-on types.
    Work involves a large amount of time working outside in the weather and at a number of different locations.
    Ensure completion of work orders according to scheduling demands and work requested.
    Cleans and prepares specific areas of the job site as assigned. This may include cleaning up rubble, debris, and trash; or removing materials.
    Operates a wide variety of hand and power tools.

    Cleans job site at the end of the day, ensuring trash is properly disposed of and materials or equipment are properly stored.

    Performs other related duties as assigned.
    Requirements:

    Physical Demands
    Prolonged periods of standing and walking, kneeling, crawling, climbing, and balancing.
    Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times/100 pounds team lifts occasionally.
    Must be able to carry tools and equipment up and down stairs.
    Must be able to climb ladders and balance on scaffolding
    Must be able to traverse a variety of properties in a variety of weather.
    Work environment
    Clients' properties
    Apartment complex common areas
    Often exposed to the weather due to maintenance of interior and exterior of dwellings
    Travel required
    Driving a vehicle and trailer to and from various properties daily.
    Supervisory Responsibilities:

    None
    Required education and experience
    High school diploma or equivalent required.
    Valid driver's license along with a dependable vehicle and clean driving record. MUST BE ABLE TO PASS AN MVR CHECK.
    Experience with Smartphones and applications
    Ability to follow directions and propensity to learn
    Must have your own tools for the job (basic hand tools required)
    Must be able to use basic hand tools as well as power tools
    Must be able to communicate effectively in English for business purposes
    Preferred education and experience
    Previous job experience:

    Landscaping, Property Maintenance, Contractors, Construction Workers, Hotel Maintenance, etc.
    At least two years of related experience is preferred.

    Open to considering candidates without prior experience and willing to provide training to the right individual who demonstrates potential and a strong fit for the role.

    Additional eligibility requirements
    Must have a smartphone and complete daily work tickets via mobile device
    Must have your own personal hand tools for the job (basic hand tools required)
