Inside Sales and Project Management position is responsible for reviewing customer specifications, drawings and preparing cost estimates of project and managing project to end.

Review and analyze specifications and drawings to provide accurate take-offs for projects.
Use Estimating Program to estimate shop labor, materials, third party buyout costs and other related equipment costs necessary to provide an accurate estimate of the fabricated equipment cost.
Identify exceptions and clarifications to customer request for quotation documents and/or other bid documents.
Use Estimating Program to generate and document a total estimate of timing and costs for fabricated equipment, including necessary alternatives to base bids
Identify improvements and implement changes to the pricing models with management approval
Assists sales team in Bid/No Bid decisions
Participate in estimate reviews with management / production.
Assist Sales in determining need for change orders on existing projects.
Develop expert knowledge of industry related specifications and fiberglass fabrication methods
Meets bid deadlines for generating estimates
Works with other teams to successfully execute projects

Minimum Requirements and Skills: Bachelor's Degree or Associates degree with minimum 2 years' experience in Industrial Equipment Estimating and Sales or minimum 5 years in Industrial Equipment Estimating and Sales or Construction Project Management.
