Overview:

Responsibilities:


  • Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls promptly
  • Assist in organizing meetings and scheduling appointments
  • Perform data entry tasks with precision and efficiency
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence
  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed

Experience:


  • Proven experience in customer service or receptionist roles
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, copiers, and fax machines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in event planning or project coordination is a plus
  • Knowledge of medical receptionist duties is advantageous
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries with professionalism and patience

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time


Pay:
$ $13.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Evening shift
  • Weekends as needed
