What to expect:

As a trainee for digitalization management, you will act as the link between the internal departments' requirements and the technical implementation.

You will be involved in IT projects from the beginning. This includes analyzing topics that can be solved through IT systems, independently developing new IT solutions, and implementing them.

You will determine the need for IT products and services, obtain quotes, and compare them.

Data protection and IT security are important aspects of the role, and you will be responsible for them.

You will work on the company's network planning and infrastructure, ensuring that all data and information are properly processed.

In addition to the traditional training content, you will also rotate through various departments of the company during the three-year training period.

The training duration is three years in the dual system with the Wilhelm-Schickard-Schule in Tübingen. The typical training week is divided into 1-2 days of school and 3-4 days of practical training in the company.
