As a Medical Assistant, it is beneficial to possess the following qualities:

Flexibility and resilience, as well as the ability to work in an interdisciplinary team.
A genuine interest in working with both healthy and sick individuals.
A good high school diploma or equivalent.
Willingness to work shifts and weekends.

Your training will cover the following topics:

Patient care and counseling.
Office organization and quality management.
Administration and billing with insurance companies.
Medical documentation.
Diagnostic and therapeutic procedures under the supervision of a doctor.
Basics of prevention and rehabilitation.
Responding to emergencies and incidents.
Health protection and hygiene.
Communication methods.

Your training will last for 3 years, but if you are highly motivated and dedicated, you can complete it in 2.5 years.

It will consist of alternating periods of theory at a vocational school and practical training at our clinics. The vocational school that our apprentices usually attend is located in Marktoberdorf. Upon successful completion of your training, you will not only have a secure and stable career, but also the opportunity for professional and personal development
