For a renowned client in the real estate industry, we are looking for a Financial Accountant (m/f/d) in Olney, IL.

Your responsibilities:

  • Booking of all transactions in compliance with applicable tax laws and GoBD in DATEV
  • Examination and allocation of creditor invoices as well as clarification of open items
  • Reconciliation of creditor/debtor and general ledger accounts
  • Processing of travel expense reports and booking in accordance with legislation
  • Support in monthly and annual financial statements according to HGB (IFRS desirable)
  • Compliance with external and internal booking and process guidelines

Your qualifications:

  • Completed commercial education
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in accounting
  • Proficient in all MS Office applications (especially Excel) and experience with DATEV desirable
  • Analytical skills and affinity for numbers
