Your responsibilities:


  • You prepare our fresh food, such as bowls and salads
  • You lead, support, and motivate your team during your shift
  • You provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
  • You assist the store manager with all tasks and have the opportunity to eventually take on the (deputy) store management role

Your profile:


  • Previous experience in the industry is advantageous but not required we welcome career changers
  • High level of commitment, flexibility, and initiative
  • Previous experience in team leadership is a plus
  • Good communication skills and a serviceoriented mindset
  • A wellgroomed appearance
