Your responsibilities:

Planning, designing, and operating a highavailability network for data and VoIP services
Thirdlevel support and troubleshooting (incident, problem, and change management)
Operation of network management systems, firewalls, and planning for network expansions
Collaboration with 2ndlevel support

Your profile:

You have a successfully completed degree in IT or a completed IT apprenticeship
First professional experience in network administration, network planning, and network monitoring
Knowledge of ticket systems, IT security, and data protection
Certifications in ITIL, CCNA, CCNP are a plus
Flexibility, teamwork, and a strong service orientation
Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
