    Job Overview:


    As an Accounting Executive you will play a key role in managing the company's financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.

    You will work closely with other members of our executive team and collaborate with other departments to support the company's overall financial objectives.


    Responsibilities:
    Lead the Accounting department including oversight of financial reporting
    Support month-end and year-end close processes.
    Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and relevant regulations.
    Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation and explanations to auditors.
    Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support business decision-making.
    Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities.
    Participate in special projects, process improvements, automations, and other initiatives.

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    Big 4 public accounting audit experience is required
    CPA required
    Proven experience as an Accounting Executive or in a similar accounting role.
    Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
    Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
