- Minimum second year students working towards Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- A strong technical aptitude along with the ability to work independently, yet interact closely with maintenance technicians, production crew and vendors. Carlton forge works is seeking a candidate with strong cross functional team skills.
- Excellent verbal, written and computer skills required as well as mathematical, analytical, problem solving and organizations skills.
- Must be able to read prints and schematic drawing and have a working proficiency with solid works.
