    LaSalle Network has partnered with our client, a renowned household name, recognized globally for their commitment to creating innovative products that enhance the well-being of families everywhere, to bring on a skilled Senior Supply Chain Analyst.

    The ideal candidate for this role is an experienced supply chain analyst with a strong background in data analysis, process improvement, and strategic planning, coupled with excellent communication skills and the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.


    Senior Supply Chain Analyst Responsibilities:
    Utilize advanced analytical techniques to analyze supply chain data and identify opportunities for optimization and cost reduction Develop and maintain supply chain models and algorithms to forecast demand, optimize inventory levels, and improve overall supply chain efficiency Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and manufacturing, to develop and implement strategies for improving supply chain performance Conduct root cause analysis to identify the underlying causes of supply chain issues and develop actionable recommendations for improvement Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track supply chain performance and identify trends and opportunities for improvement Prepare and present findings and recommendations to senior management to support decision-making and drive continuous improvement initiatives Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in supply chain management and analytics

    Senior Supply Chain Analyst Requirements: 3+ years of experience in supply chain analytics or a related field, preferably within the CPG industry Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as SQL, Python, R, or Tableau Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations research, business analytics, or a related field Thank you for considering this opportunity to join our client as a Senior Supply Chain Analyst.
