The Customer Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for analytical, order management and process support on key optimization and continuous improvement initiatives for the Supply Chain organization.


Ways you will make a difference:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

  • Responsible to lead bracket pricing program, including making recommendations on bracket segmentations, analyzing trends and compliance.
  • Inventory allocation identification, implementation, and ongoing maintenance. Including communication and collaboration with other functions to ensure the process flows smoothly.
  • Customer order management including processing orders, communication with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure orders are shipped on time and in full.
  • Provide analytics and reporting for strategic customers to help with customer collaboration and efficient order management processes.
  • Analyze and determine root cause analysis for fine and fees to determine how process can be improved to avoid ongoing.
  • VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) promotional tracking including interaction with Account Managers to ensure events are ordered and pull out of customer warehouses on a timely basis
  • Help facilitate crossfunctional communication throughout Supply Chain functions.
  • Identify, evaluate, and recommend improvements to Supply Chain business processes.
  • Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures.
  • Understand and demonstrates the Company's core values.
  • Perform other duties and ad hoc projects as assigned.

Experiences that will support your success:

  • 1-4 years of experience in Supply Chain including Order Management, Logistics, Supply Planning
  • Understanding of business processing within Order Management, pricing, and inventory.
  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree, preferably in Supply Chain Related Majors or Business, Finance, Engineering
  • Detail Oriented and results driven mindset with the ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Experience working with large sets of data and helping make data driven decisions.
  • Working knowledge of SAP ECC, S4 and/or SAP APO
  • High proficiency in MS Excel and Office Suite
  • Experience working cross functionally including sales, supply chain, pricing, quality, and other departments. CPG experience preferred.
