    Description

    We continue to set standards in ropeway mobility both in summer and winter tourism areas as well as in urban passenger transport and material handling.

    The Technical Sales Engineer will serve as a key liaison between our technical team and the front-line sales team, leveraging their technical expertise to support the sales process and drive revenue growth.

    Reporting to the VP of Sales, the Technical Sales Engineer will be responsible for the following:

    Act as a subject matter expert, providing technical guidance and support to the sales team and clients.
    Sales Support, Business Development and Strategy:

    Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities and sectors, including upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

    Assist in the development of sales strategies and proposals, leveraging technical insights to address client needs and pain points.

    Customer Engagement and Relationship Management :
    Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering technical insights and recommendations throughout the sales cycle.

    Technical Support and Training:
    Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to clients, including product configuration and resolution of technical issues.
    Conduct product training sessions for clients and internal teams to ensure a thorough understanding of our offerings.
    Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to gather customer feedback and insights for product improvement and enhancement.

    Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field is required; Proven experience in technical sales or a similar role.

    Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
