ALL DSG has partnered with an industry leader in Kansas City who is hiring a Senior Accountant to join their growing business.

The ideal candidate would be an Accountant with 4+ years of experience, with at least 2+ years of that working in public accounting.

Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Perform daily accounting tasks such as reconciling various transactions and accounts, and preparing financial reports
Analyze financial data and provide insights to management for decision making purposes
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions
Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices
Document processes and procedures, and implement and test internal controls
Participate in audits and ensure compliance with internal controls
Provide support to other accounting team members, as needed

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
2+ years of experience in public accounting
CPA certification preferred
Leadership capabilities
Strong knowledge of MS Excel
Experience with analyzing large volumes of data
Experience with accounting, ERP, data warehousing, banking and other various software
Knowledge of cost management accounting a plus
Bilingual in English and Spanish helpful
