Scope:

This position will provide support for the accounting operations in daily tasks and assist the Financial Manager.

Responsibilities:

Perform daytoday accounting tasks
Handle general administrative duties such as communicating with banks, suppliers, and other departments to maintain positive relationships and address any potential issues.
Aid the financial manager in month, quarter, and yearend closing processes
Monitor cash flow needs
Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger activities
Prepare financial reports and balance sheets
Develop budget plans
Analyze budget performance compared to actual results
Identify opportunities for process improvement
Maintain communication with auditors, tax specialists, banks, and other financerelated parties
Prepare VAT declarations
Assist the financial manager with daily operations
Act as a replacement for the financial manager when needed
Ensure compliance with company policies and laws.
