For our client, an established company with international connections in Hannover, we are looking for an experienced Accountant (m/f/d) to independently handle all accounting tasks.

The position is to be filled directly with our client on a permanent and full-time basis.

Our client has recently become part of an international company and is currently in an exciting transitional phase, with new structures emerging and a focus on growth and success.

In this position, you will work with the international accounting team to coordinate and independently implement financial topics relevant to the German company.

Ideally, you are a generalist in the field of accounting and are familiar with the entire range of relevant accounting tasks.

Your responsibilities include:

You will be responsible for ongoing accounting, reporting, and information exchange with the parent company.
You will be responsible for preparing monthly/yearly/quarterly financial statements according to HGB and IFRS.
You will oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable.
You will be involved in the development and shaping of internal (accounting) processes, including the selection and implementation of new systems.
You will prepare evaluations and reports for management.
You will be the point of contact for internal departments as well as various external contacts.

Your qualifications include:
