We are looking for a drafter (m/f/d) in building management for the Technical Operations and Maintenance department at the Office for Building Services, starting on October 1, 2023.

The Office for Building Services is responsible for the operation and maintenance of municipal properties such as schools, day care centers, cultural buildings, administrative buildings, and sports facilities.

Position details:

Pay grade: EG 5 TVöD
Contract: permanent
Working hours: 19.5 hours per week

What will be your main tasks?

Creating drawings and plans for the "Technical" department according to specifications, including processing and followup of plans in CAD
Determining technical data and values and evaluating them for the creation of plans and performance specifications
Integrating data from the department and external offices into planning
Creating measurements, cost, area, and quantity calculations and invoices in special cases
Assisting with general matters of the department
Maintaining and documenting a buildingrelated software program for technical systems
