In this role, you will be the right hand of the CEO, driving operational excellence, safety, customer service, and growth.

Our client is currently a $10 million business with ambitious plans to reach $30 million and beyond within the next five years.
Position Overview:
The Vice President of Operations will oversee all operational aspects of the company, including policies, procedures, manufacturing, supply chain management, quality control, and project management.
You will work closely with customers to meet their traffic control needs and play a vital role in the sales component of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership:
Provide strategic direction and leadership across all operational functions.
Process Optimization:
Streamline and enhance operational processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain high-quality standards.
Team Development:
Build and mentor a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Strategic Planning:
Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to execute the company's strategic plan, driving growth from $10 million to $30 million and beyond.
Quality Assurance:
Maintain rigorous quality control standards and procedures.
Supply Chain Management:
Oversee procurement and inventory to optimize cost and lead times.
Project Management:
