Position Description:
Job Purpose and Scope:
Responsible for performing daily back-office deposit operation functions and for assisting existing and new retail branch locations with performing IRA/HSA new account responsibilities in a professional and accurate manner according to Bank policy and procedure.
Essential Job Functions:
+ Performs daily back-office IRA/HSA new account verification functions.
+ Assists branch staff in performing IRA/HSA new account responsibilities in a professional and accurate manner.
+ Processes and verifies new and revised customer IRA/HSA account documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
+ Processes and verifies customer IRA/HSA maintenances in an accurate and timely manner.
+ Generates required governmental reporting.
+ Collects data for management reporting.
+ Monitors, processes, and verifies annual required minimum distributions.
+ Monitors, processes, and verifies scheduled distributions.
+ Performs tax reporting corrections.
+ Reviews and corrects DDA, Savings, Time Deposits, and IRA/HSA tax reporting.
+ Maintains good punctuality and attendance to work.
+ Follows Bank policy, procedures, and guidelines.
+ Performs other job duties as assigned.
