About USS

PRIMARY PURPOSE


The Fence Team Manager will have an opportunity to assemble and manage a new elite team of Fence Specialists dedicated to delivering excellent customer service through timely and accurate quoting, order entry, scheduling, and processing of fence related orders.


Responsibilities:


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Recruit, hire, train and develop Fence Specialists and/or their supervisors
  • Provide daytoday management to Fence Specialists and/or their supervisors, including managing work schedules to maintain required coverage, and handling payroll approvals
  • Work with the Regional Services Leadership Team to develop team goals, business metrics, operating procedures, and departmental policies
  • Perform quality assurance regarding employee customer service skills, technical accuracy, and conformity to operating procedures and departmental policies
  • Identify issues and trends, develop workable solutions, and coach team members to ensure outstanding service is delivered to both internal and external customers
  • Work across the organization, particularly with Sales and Operations, to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive consensus regarding customer experience issues
  • Own difficulttoresolve issues regarding customer or crossfunctional challenges, driving the conversation to conclusion and winwin solutions
  • Report on team performance on a monthly and asneeded basis
  • Perform other duties as assigned

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position does have direct supervisory responsibilities.
