Your Responsibilities:


  • Creation of air freight quotations for the worldwide agent network as well as German customers, especially for customers from abroad
  • International customer support and consultation
  • Tracking of inquiries and quotations
  • Processing of international sales tenders through the existing network
  • Independent price negotiations with carriers and subcontractors
  • Management and maintenance of our ECM rate management (Cargosoft)

Your Expertise:


  • Completed training as a freight forwarder or a comparable bachelor's degree in the logistics field
  • Minimum of 12 years of professional experience in air freight export and freight calculations
  • Negotiation skills in German and very good English skills in spoken and written form
  • Very good user knowledge of MS Office and Cargosoft
  • An open and dedicated personality
