This is how you contribute:

  • Central point of contact for the customer and their employees
  • Management of employees and coordination of subcontractors
  • Quality and performance control as well as warranty tracking
  • Acquisition, preparation of offers and calculation of maintenance and operator orders
  • Preparation of documentation and reporting
  • On-site deployment at major customer sites

This is what you bring:

  • Technician or master in the field of supply or electrical engineering with a strong understanding of business
  • Extensive experience as an object manager or in a comparable position within technical facility management
  • Experience in personnel management
  • Knowledge of contract law
  • Driver's license class B desirable
