- 5-7+ years of Product Manager/Owner and Data Analysis experience
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data
- 1+ years of experience with Wi-Fi technologies
- Customer Experience or Quality of experience (QoE) experience to measure how well a customer experiences a product or service
- Prior experience building products and writing requirements
- Experience using Tableau, HeavyAI, or similar tools to pull and analyze data
- Experience with SQL
- Experience identifying and solving problems related to customer data
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong presentation skills and experience with PowerPoint
- Go-getter personality
- Python experience would be a plus
- Use Quality of Experience concepts to analyze Wi-Fi related metrics to ascertain volumes of customers with less-than-ideal experiences.
- Analyze population findings, perform data analysis, present solutions and ideas to leadership, and address current challenges and ways to solve them.
- Use and work with different Microsoft applications such as Word and Excel, and be proficient with most data visualization software's such as Tableau, HeavyAI, or other like software.
- Extract data from databases and data warehouses for reporting and to facilitate sharing between multiple data systems.
- Collaborate with a team of cross-departmental managers and are expected to be able to demonstrate excellent leadership capabilities.
- Chair meetings discussing organizational data and bring applicable stakeholders in to gain alignment on path forward to addressing issues affecting customer Quality of Experience.
- Develop a project plan and drives project milestones.
- Establishes effective communication plan with project team and key stakeholders.
- Provides day-to-day direction to project resources. Ensures effective change management occurs throughout the course of the project.
- Responsible for preparation of documentation, status reports, and captured data on a weekly and monthly basis to leadership.
- Role requires excellent oral and written communications, interpersonal, negotiation, project planning, judgment, leadership, decision-making, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
- Naturally demonstrate superior creative thinking and decision-making abilities consistently in their work.
- Work within a diverse, global workforce that is consumer oriented and data driven.
