As the Leader of Working Capital Management (M/F/d) in Arapahoe, CO, you will be responsible for leading a team of business analysts and inventory planners/analysts to optimize inventory levels, set targets, and implement measures to enhance overall efficiency.

This role requires collaboration with various departments, providing conceptual input for reporting and analyses, and acting as a key interface for working capital management.

You will also lead local sales entities and production companies to maintain optimal inventory levels.

We are seeking a candidate to join our team in either our Allendorf or Berlin office.

Your impact:

Manage the inventory management department and lead a team of inventory planners, inventory analysts, and business analysts
Optimize inventory levels across the company through target setting, parameter optimization, and monitoring
Develop and monitor a program of measures for inventory optimization
Conduct root cause analyses of inventory developments and implement corrective actions
Provide conceptual inputs for reporting, analyses, and initiatives
Collaborate closely with other departments, including sales, production, and finance, to align inventory plans with business goals

Who you are:

You are a leader with strategic and analytical skills, as well as the ability to drive continuous improvement in inventory management.

Master's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
Several years of professional experience in inventory, supply chain management, or a related area
Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
Strong analytical
