    This role is located in Charlotte, NC and is on a Hybrid schedule.
    Department hours are 8:30 AM ET 5:00 PM ET. Overtime may be required to complete calls in queue post-5:00 PM ET

    • Retain Equitables annuity contract holders through handling inbound calls looking to transfer their contract to a third-party provider
    • Expected to answer between 15-25 calls per day and make outbound calls as needed
    • Expected to used de-escalation techniques when speaking with displeased clients and/or external advisors
    • This position is highly customer centric; evidence of telephonic sales, face-to-face sales, and/or customer service experience is highly desirable
    • Experience with selling/servicing variable annuities

    The base salary range for this position is $46,000-$65,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.
