Description

These are your responsibilities:

  • General administrative tasks
  • Interface between sales and central sales processing for order processing
  • Processing of customer and warehouse orders
  • Recording of scheduled devices in the production programs of the manufacturer's factories, maintaining changes and retrieving devices
  • Requesting cost estimates for all types of modifications from customer service
  • Obtaining quotes, comparing offers, and awarding contracts
  • Coordination of loading and verification of billing for transport services
  • Verification of incoming invoices from manufacturer's factories and external suppliers
  • Creation and sending of invoices/credit notes
  • Management of rental contracts and creation of rental invoices

You bring with you:

  • Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship
  • Basic technical understanding
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and an ERP system
  • Customeroriented, goaloriented, and costconscious thinking and acting
  • Independent and structured way of working
  • Teamwork, friendly demeanor, flexibility, and commitment
