As a trainee in the JIG program, you will tackle challenging tasks both domestically and abroad and develop your management and leadership skills.

You will immerse yourself in the world of intralogistics and get to know Jungheinrich with its international trainee community and diverse opportunities.

Thanks to an individual and structured development path and support from all sides, you will jump right into your successful career with the JIG program.

Your profile


  • Successfully completed or about to complete a master's degree in (industrial) engineering, mechanical engineering, business informatics, technical business administration or similar
  • Knowledge in the areas of process or energy management and/or IT/OT
  • Enjoyment of strategic and conceptual work, up to the operational implementation of projects on the shop floor
  • First internships related to your studies
  • Intercultural competence, e.g. through a stay abroad
  • Fluent in German and English, and ideally knowledge of other languages
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Proactivity, commitment, mobility, and authentic appearance
  • Strong communication skills, as well as analytical and structured way of working Your tasks
  • 24-month individually tailored trainee program with regular workshops and interdisciplinary
