- Anticipate in negotiations and contract renewals, ensuring terms are favorable and align with company goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in account management or sales within the transportation or logistics industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
