- Champion associate development through evidence-based practice and education initiatives.
- Collaborate with finance to develop and manage unit budgets.
- Implement appropriate staffing plans aligned with patient acuity.
- Prioritize patient safety, patient experience, and performance improvement.
- Involve staff in decision-making through shared governance structures.
- Build strong relationships with colleagues, physicians, and patients.
- Promote professional development for staff to improve retention.
- Manage change initiatives effectively.

- Continuously develop yourself through professional association involvement and educational advancement.
- 3 years of RN experience required.
- 1 year of clinical leadership experience required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required, Master's Degree (MSN) preferred.
- Current RN license to practice in CO or KS.
- BLS certification (American Heart Association) required.
- Additional Nursing Specialty Certification preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, and maintain a positive attitude.
