- Manage the CNA team:
- Oversee CNA scheduling and other daily operations
- Train/mentor new hires
- Provide ongoing training as needed
- Assist management with interviewing & hiring new CNA team members
- Provide operations reports to management as required
- Patient treatment required on an as-needed basis, depending on the staff needs/availability.

Sandy Health and Rehab is a beautiful Skilled Nursing Facility / Outpatient Clinic that focuses on specialized care for the patients who walk through our door. We provide top-quality, life-changing care for individuals acclimating to changes in their lives and require additional support for a while.
