- Provide professional, unparalled customer service to our clients, carriers, agents, and vedors.
- Provide support to the Benefit Consultants, Account Managers, Healthcare Coordinators and Group Benefit Coordinators.
- Advocate on behalf and represent our clients and their employees with carriers, vendors, and within our internal processes.
- Process and confirm enrollments, terminations, changes, retroactivities for both medical and group benefits.
- Perform billing audits, reconciliations, including but not limited to rates and enrollments through working closely with carriers.
- Claims advocacy as needed.
- Other duties as assigned
- Adminstrative duties not limited to printing, sorting mail, and shipment of open enrollment materials.
- Competitive base salary of $42,000-$48,000

- 1-3 years of related experience
