    Description

    Job Title: Global Account Manager at Humanscale

    Description: We are looking for a Global Account Manager to join our team at Humanscale. In this role, you will be responsible for increasing our market share by developing and implementing strategies to penetrate global accounts. As a GAM, you will work towards meeting quotas and individual performance objectives as well as providing management for the corporate account program.

    Essential Functions:

    • Develop and execute collaborative account marketing plans
    • Analyze industry and accounts to set priorities
    • Manage regional budget and sales process
    • Maintain target account profile information
    • Coordinate support and negotiations with major accounts
    • Establish high-level contacts at target accounts
    • Serve as a liaison between the factory and customers

    Relationships:

    • External Contacts - Communication with assigned accounts and prospects
    • Internal Customers - Collaboration with sales, marketing, executive management, and operations

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree with 4-6 years of experience in sales and marketing
    • Experience in office furniture industry preferred
    • Ability to travel regionally 50%

    Computer Skills:

    • Proficiency in MS Office
