We are currently looking for a
Trainee Personal Banker (m/f/d) for Großenhain and Radeberg to join our team as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities

Training in qualified personal banking advice and support
Targeted and active scheduling of appointments from existing customers, as well as gathering customer information and scheduling appointments through phone and inperson interactions
Preparation and followup of consultation meetings
Administrative tasks related to customer care
Acquisition of new customers and members
Implementation of marketing and sales promotion activities
Conducting tasks related to consultation
Management of assigned customer relationships within defined limits
Ensuring quality management
Implementation and adherence to defined quality standards
Representing the bank in public
