You will support departmentrelated project initiatives and assist in the preparation of specialized certification projects as well as areaspecific and hospitalwide improvement projects
You will participate in the planning and evaluation of internal quality management audits, as well as in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient, employee, and customer surveys
You will assist colleagues in the area of complaint and opinion management
You will create and review structured, statutory quality reports and monitor the quality management manuals of BG Klinik Ludwigshafen

Your Profile:

You are a student in a businessrelated field, at least in your third semester, with a focus on the healthcare sector
You have good computer skills, communication skills, and a high level of teamwork
You work in a structured and independent manner and value the quality of your work
You are passionate about quality management topics and are eager to take on new tasks and challenges to shape your work environment with good ideas
