Then we are looking for you,
immediately, for our headquarters in
Stuttgart as our
Head of Talent Acquisition (m/f/d).

You will lead and develop our team of three recruiters and be responsible for all recruitment activities and measures of the company, reporting directly to our Head of HR.
Together with your team, you will shape and define our recruiting strategy and implement corresponding projects.
Operationally, you will focus on fullcycle recruiting for technical and managerial positions in the construction industry, specifically in the areas of building construction and turnkey construction.
You will support managers and HR business partners in all recruitmentrelated matters.
You will conduct interviews with candidates and actively contribute to the hiring decision.
You will attend job fairs and university events to attract potential candidates to our company.
We offer an attractive salary package including a 13th month salary, vacation pay, and company pension according to the collective agreement.
Flexible working hours with the option for home office.
30 days of vacation, plus December 24th and 31st are regularly off work.
